Setting up profiles allows a SmartNet user to pause/resume Internet access for a group of devices. Instead of pausing several individual devices one at a time you can create a profile and pause/resume multiple devices at once. Learn how to set up or delete your profiles on your SmartNet device below with easy step-by-step instructions.
Creating Profiles:
- Open the eero app on your mobile device
- Select the device
- Select "Profile" on the device screen
- Press the plus symbol on the top right of your screen
- Select "Continue"
- Add a profile name and select done
- Your new profile is now complete
Deleting Profiles:
- Open the eero app on your mobile device
- Click the name of the profile you want to edit
- Select "Delete Profile"
- Confirm you want to delete the profile by clicking delete profile again
- The profile is now deleted
