How To Set Up and Delete Profiles On SmartNet

Setting up profiles allows a SmartNet user to pause/resume Internet access for a group of devices. Instead of pausing several individual devices one at a time you can create a profile and pause/resume multiple devices at once. Learn how to set up or delete your profiles on your SmartNet device below with easy step-by-step instructions.

Creating Profiles:

  1. Open the eero app on your mobile device
  2. Select the device
  3. Select "Profile" on the device screen
  4. Press the plus symbol on the top right of your screen
  5. Select "Continue"
  6. Add a profile name and select done
  7. Your new profile is now complete

Deleting Profiles:

  1. Open the eero app on your mobile device
  2. Click the name of the profile you want to edit
  3. Select "Delete Profile"
  4. Confirm you want to delete the profile by clicking delete profile again
  5. The profile is now deleted
