FAQ: eBill Paperless Statements

Ready to go paperless?

Easily sign up for eBill, paperless billing, and get monthly email notification reminders for your Buckeye bill.

1. Navigate to https://www.buckeyebroadband.com
2. Select myBuckeye Sign In located in the upper right-hand corner
3. Login using your myBuckeye credentials
4. Go Paperless will always pop-up when not enrolled in eBill
   • Select Yes to enroll in Paperless Statements, avoiding a monthly $5.00 Printed Statement Fee 
   • Select No if you prefer to have a printed statement mailed to your home
5. Select View/Pay Bill to enter into the Bill Pay portal
6. Sign On using your myBuckeye credentials
7. Manage Paperless Statements under the Billing Preferences section.
