Welcome to our Preferred Partner Program


We have made exciting updates to our Preferred Partner Program! It is now easier and faster for you to earn a commission and your resident to get their Buckeye Broadband services.

How It Works!

1) Each Preferred Partner will be assigned their own unique 4 digit code via email. This code will be used to identify how much commission to pay at the end of the month to the property managers or facilities.

2) Let your non-current Buckeye Broadband customer residents know they will receive free activation ($150 value). Tell them to mention your 4 digit code when ordering over the phone, or in-person at a Brainiacs Tech Hub, or enter the code during checkout on our website. (Standard Credit Check required). Request your code here.

3) Residents can sign up for Buckeye Broadband services using one of the options below.

Program Questions and Answers

Q: What residents qualify for the monthly commission?

A: Any resident who has not been a Buckeye Broadband customer for the past 60 days are eligible to count toward your commission for the Preferred Partner program.

Q: How much commission does a property manager receive for every qualified resident?

A: Internet service $40, Cable TV service $30 (Minimum Standard Service), Home Phone $20.

Q: How do I know a resident is using my code?

A: Your monthly commission will reflect how many residents are mentioning or entering online your 4 digit code. Our MDU Support team will have access to a pending report throughout the month and will be able to answer any questions.

Q: Is there a limit to how many residents I refer each month?

A: There is no limit to the amount of residents you can refer; you will earn commission as long as they are qualified new Buckeye Broadband customers.

Q: Do I have to set up my code if I am already a Preferred Partner?

A: No. Buckeye Broadband has already assigned you a 4 digit code if you are a current Preferred Partner. You can request your code by filling out the online form.
