Need assistance with managing your payment profiles? Buckeye offers several options to update or make changes to your account to pay your bill.

  1. Open your myBuckeye App 
  1. Tap the support icon at the bottom of your screen 
  1. Click “Chat with Us” to start chatting
     

Desktop 

  1. Visit buckeyebroadband.com  
  1. Click the red speech bubble in the corner of your screen 
  1. Start chatting 
     

MYBUCKEYE APP: 

  1. Open your myBuckeye app 
  1. Open the menu and select my account 
  1. Click “My Bills”, and tap the “Manage Payment Methods” button 
  1. Enter your myBuckeye credentials 
  1. Select the three bars on the top left of your screen to open the menu 
  1. Tap “Non Mobile Site” 
  1. Click “Payment Accounts” and update your information 
     

MYBUCKEYE ON DESKTOP:

  1. Sign into your myBuckeye account 
  1. Click “View/Pay Bill” 
  1. Select “Payment Accounts” and update your information
