The Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) is an FCC program to help households struggling to pay for internet service during the pandemic. This new benefit will connect eligible households to jobs, critical healthcare services, and virtual classrooms. Eligible households can enroll in the program to receive a monthly discount, up to $50, off the cost of broadband Internet service.

Buckeye has been approved as an Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) provider. Follow the steps below to learn more about the program, determine if your household is eligible, and to apply to participate.

STEP 1: Check if you qualify

Visit the National Qualifier website to determine if you qualify for the Emergency Broadband Benefit program.

STEP 2: Apply for the Emergency Broadband Benefit

Complete the Buckeye enrollment process by visiting our enrollment website. Our website has information needed for both current Buckeye customers and new customers to enroll.
