The Sales Retention Specialist is responsible for directly servicing the needs of the Buckeye residential customers with general information, billing, and promoting and selling Buckeye products and services to new and existing customers.

Our agents primarily focus on network support, serviceable equipment, and general technical questions. We often look to promote our agents through our four tiers of technical support
